My caregiving journey began when my grandmother—the legend who raised me—was diagnosed with cancer. That experience taught me the true meaning of compassion and the importance of having the right support system. At the same time, I’ve always been passionate about recruitment and the joy of connecting people with opportunities that change lives. Bringing these two passions together was inevitable.
